Why don’t they just make the PDCs totally open for anyone who wants to listen in? Imagine how that would change things!

GOM was good in up until the Texaco merger (2002), then it is been on a downhill slide.

If you didn't pre-arrange your move with your boss ahead of PDC, you're not going anywhere. If you're not a high-pot, your chances of a meaningful move are slim.
