Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Employee Survey

And the results are in... Leadership is failing. T ship has sailed. We don't expect them to take any action, yet we will stay and collect a paycheck. Need to adjust DEI sails to include everyone who is deserving of promotions and accolades. Or do something/anything to engage the entire team of players.

Again, there will be no action taken with this survey. Results came out from HR and not one business leader has responded to the results. Just another HQ email that goes into the delete bin.

"The fact that only 66% of employees selected "agree" or "tend to agree" for the only "Taking Action" ("I feel actions have been taken as a result of previous employee surveys.") is all you need to know. Nothing is going to change."

And it's all skewed ... what % of that 66% have even lasted long enough to answer that question?

No different fro 5 years ago. And they will continue to kick the can down the road by forming committees who will, for sure, address this. :|

Taking Action .. Tend to Agree ... "leadership" did take action and has cut all the negative respondents over the years

The ‘Taking Action’ percentage is definitely inflated. I only selected ‘Tend to Agree’ since I had to enter my ATTUID when completing the survey. The survey was not anonymous.

Now come the mass layoffs since the survey is complete

The surveys are for promotional purposes only.
This year is the 10th anniversary of the survey. It started as enps and the name changed to employee culture survey.
After 10 years has anyone seriously noticed improvements?

Have individual employee responses now been sent to department leadership? I think we all know that survey is not anonymous!

T doesn't care if all the surveys are negative. If anything, they would rather they all be negative because if the employees are actually happy with their jobs, that means management is doing something wrong.

The only thing that seems to bother them is when no one does the surveys because they've all checked out mentally.

DEI is just like the jabs. Total disaster but must be defended no matter what.
