The former head of SPS essentially ran the business to the ground. The former CEO, who is a disaster himself, had his back. And now the former SPS leader is the Chief Commercial Officer? God help all the HON employees and shareholders! How does this happen? Who is accountable? If you're not part of the clique, you're silenced or out.

SPS won't make it another year ;)
The former head of SPS is using the company as his own personal torture chamber to gratify his massive ego by abusing the unfortunate souls relying on HON for their livelihood. He is actively interfering in the businesses and mucking up whatever he is allowed to be involved in. Then you have to factor in his incompetent buddies he moved from SPS to other parts of the business. They are like a swarm of locusts consuming the profitable parts of the company and shatting out low results. If that isn’t enough for people to leave over, they then force us to sit in meetings with the buzzing locusts and pretend their ideas aren’t ridiculous and observe them cruelly condescend employees in such an ironic display of hypocrisy, it would be funny if it were not so horrific.
The future will be as shatty as SPS unless someone sprays Raid on the locusts.
