Does anyone know the salary range for pay bands in Charlotte? I am band 3 and was encouraged to apply to a band 2 role in a totally different position. Is this a waste of my time? Do bands overlap or am I looking at a pay cut if I pursue this role?

My wife works part time at a dry cleaner folding clothes and has a better healthcare plan then Honeywell. Fat Cote must be so proud of that fact.
Charlotte has two pay grades.
Executive and ... not executive.
One of those is completely irrelevant.
It’s a demotion. Unless you’re desperate for a job, don’t do it.
You’re taking a pay cut…bottom line. Go else where for employment. McDonalds has better health plan compared to Hon. Move on.

Band 2 is hourly pay, Band 3 is salary. With Band 2 you are eligible for overtime since it is hourly so you could earn more depending on overtime. I would not suggest going down in band voluntarily…going back up to Band 3 in the future will be very difficult.
