Why is lockbox turning to a ghost town?

Obvious that some do not know what Lockbox is based on their responses. As long as billers are still getting payments by check their will be retail lockbox somewhere. WF could do like many banks and contract with a third party for the service. Business to business payments or wholesale lockbox makes no sense whatsoever. Some still pay their suppliers by check. There are no float days to take advantage of but there are mail days that allow the business to keep their money a few days longer.
Maybe because lockbox is so 1980's there's no need for it to be around anymore, you know kinda like the other dinosaurs at Wells Fargo.
You have to be cut from a certain grain to work in lovckbox facility long term. It’s depressing and dead end as he-l
Lockbox?
Wells Fargo wants normal customers. Not weirdos that do their banking at 3 in the morning, or whatever their reason is for using...a lockbox?!
