Yep they are doing it again. Stankey and Desroaches called out our customers for not paying their cell phone bills on time. Our company failed to meet free cash flow metrics in Q12023. Sometimes I wonder if we would meet our cash flow metrics if we would stop all extravagant spending, such as the recent Masters Golf Tournament.

How dare our customers even think of paying their cellphone bills late. I say it's time to teach them a lesson and cut them off for non payment. Then charge a hefty deposit with reconnection fee, to restore their service, that'll teachem. Nobody wants to confess to family and friends that they had their cellphone disconnected for nonpayment.

Everytime Stankey attends one of these events, he acts like a kid at the county fair. He throws money around like a drinkin' sailor. All other corporate CEO' avoid him like the plague. They all know he is not fit to run a sidewalk lemonade stand. He is not managing at&t, the company is running on autopilot. AT&T is dying a slow but deliberate death.
low cash flow indicates a tendency to live large. top end T controls cash flow, not employees or customers. mis -management.

Maybe the customers have figured out we won't disconnect their account for non payment since we are so desperate to keep our subscriber numbers up.
