Retired in 2020 as craft, now working as a Project Manager for a SVA for ATT. They have now started coming out with “rent” projects. They go into a town completely disconnect the copper and replace it with fiber! Copper is definitely on its last leg!

yeah old Ameritech used to place aerial inner duct first then fiber...Along came the sbc hillbil--es and put a stop to it . Now everything is lashed directly to strane or overlashef to copper.
You are all missing the point, OP thinks he will get rich quick through his contractor to at&t. Sorry jack, these are projects that cost at&t capital funding. Since Stankey put a stop order on all projects, then scooped funding of those projects, how will you get rich quick?
In Enterprise, we are no longer selling copper and doing everything we can to accelerate customers over to fiber solutions. We no longer get TBR credit for legacy products. That should be your assurance that copper is done with.
only if the town you live in has a population of 26k or more.
My mother and father, my wife and my friends
You see them laugh in my face
But I've got the power and I've got the will
I'm not a charity case
I'll take the long night, impossible odds
Keepin' my eye to the keyhole
If it takes all that to be just what I am
Well I'm gonna be a blue collar man
It will now just be lashed to strand….copper is bye bye.
Um overlash much? Ya the fiber is also lashed to copper buddie
Are you crazy? Have you been living under a rock? Haven't you heard Stankey put a stop order on all projects. See you in the unemployment line!
