When I see this kind of downvote activity, I wonder is layoff.com sells companies the ability to downvote? Either way, I hope it is costing Honeywell money that they won't pay me.

When the Federal Contractor Mandate was struck down HON declared it was corporate policy. Now it has been canceled without a word a week after the Covid-19 emergency powers were canceled a month early! 🙃

So they enforce the stupid policy on everybody else, and got rid of anybody that did not have a medical or religious exemption.
They also told everybody that they had to have a shot. Now all new hires don't need one.
I think it was a tactic. Will get rid of anybody that says no the Honeywell. I remember I had to send my foreman that stated I had a shot. No big deal now.

1 out 3 new hires into HON quits within the 1st 12 months. New hires have literally no benefit to work here over Burger King. Same pay, same sh1t treatment, no future and no pension. Why would anyone young and entering the workforce waste any time at HON? Turns out a third of them are smart enough to leave straight away. Good on them!!!

I've heard that H'well has tried to hire back some of those that were denied exemptions back in 2021. So far, none that I know have accepted. No doubt they are all better off!
