I’m being told that I’ll have to pay the premium for the AT&T UHC Social Security Plan if I retire this year. That the “subsidy” was stopped on 1/1/2021. It’s only $88 a month but that’s pretty cr-ppy for someone with over 40 years! Anyone else hearing this from the Benefits Center?

You must be one of those employees that got lost in the shuffle. You have no supervisor, have no work assignments, yet you get paid every two weeks. I've heard there are a few employees out there like you, just flying under the radar. Talk about gaming the system!
My feelings on this matter is that if you given a condition by your manager who is taking advantage of your desires for a promotion, then the company medical plan need to be covering my treatments for the problem that arose due to my victimization in this case.
Why would you not take Obama care or state healthcare program dependent upon your state as the plans are very good and would be a lot less than $505.00 a month?
Now I’m being told by my manager that he don’t think I’m management material! Well that ain’t what he was saying when he wanted something from me. I feel like I was taken advantage of my desire to get promoted. I have seen many of my coworkers get management jobs like that way. I been victimized double because AT&T benefits aren’t helping with what I caught.
My manager telling me that I must of got it from the chair or something but I don’t believe that. I done whet he wanted and now my AT&T benefits won’t cover the clammidia and gunneria that I got. I am definitely calling HR to complain.
I can't believe AT&T actually hires people with such low intelligence! I've always worked with smart people and knew smart people with AT&T for most of my career. When I read garbage like this, I have to believe that it's someone just screwing around or the person isn't really an employee. Not quite sure, but I hope it's the latter!
My manager say if I help him out that I could get promoted but I get the clammidia and gunneria and my benefits don't be covering it and I still haven't gotten my promotion. How do I file an EEO complaint?
This has got to be some kind of a sick joke.
You should of talked to a union steward or the local president if you can’t read. Maybe you could take remedial GED at the nearest high school. I’m sorry to hear of your learning problems.
I know nothing. I just want free stuff.
We wasn't told jack squat about losing company paid medical care. We wasn't told nothin' 'bout retirin' to keep our company subsidized health care. I'll contact HR today about gettin' an exception, this rots! I feel confident my exception will be approved since I dinknownuffin 'bout this change.
Just so they keep paying fo’ my clamiddia and gunnaria meds….I be cool.
“ This has to be a fake post. There is no way the OP could not have known this basic information.”
You fail to comprehend how many low IQ, woke employees permeate this corporation.

Yeah. Where have you been for the past two years?
Well since they cut all medical subsidy last year, this plan is a bargain. You can find plans with no monthly premium, however total out of pocket can’t be beat.
Bless your heart.
Nice to see you finally crawled out from under that rock. I'm afraid you screwed the pooch.
you had a job for 40 years ..... quit complaining .
Where have you been? This was over communicated and tons of people retired in order to keep their benefits. Pay attention.
Hard to believe you missed that memo and were surprised by this.
They payed your premium for 40 years and you complaining. Damn!
Under 65 retiree and I pay $505 a month to continue my at&t BCBS plan. Man up.
Guess what! You will have to pay the plan premium PLUS the Part B Medicare premium - But Stankey indicated that its not about taking away benefits its about a more efficient delivery.
You have over 40 years with the company?
Cry me a river.
You should have left when it was announced.
