It will be interesting to see how the campus in the Philips neighborhood, just two miles away from Floyd Square, will be sold. The location, with its spacious layout and proximity to public transportation, makes an ideal location to encourage a return to office (RTO) for companies seeking a central and convenient location for their employees. However, it is important to note that the building is a retrofitted former factory and unfortunately has a mice problem. Despite these challenges, it will be intriguing to observe the approach that the sellers take in marketing the property.
No, we’ve been leasing the mortgage campus for 10-15 years. Before us 3m or Honeywell was there.
Isn't that campus relatively new buildings?
There is still a small population in St. Paul, but mostly just WIM and client facing
NOC building sold last year.
Any other consolidation?
They sent an email about this today to employees in the area. Consolidating buildings down to three buildings. No more HMMC, no more SLP location, no more Bloomington location (for non-customer facing), did they already close whatever that St Paul building is?
You mean the being is being sold? They are doing massive consolidations across the country. Minneapolis just has a huge amount of buildings spread out over the city. Same as Des Moines.
