Starting our 3rd week of Mission 1. We were part of the last group to go.
Now we are being told it isn’t working and our MODs are being redone!
It’s slow and part timers are being cut, full timers may be cut down to 4 days a week.
Reps will be picking up the slack. Not happening. I’m not working 60-60 hours a week

6 months in and it's a disaster
If you honestly believe what Seagraves and the rest of the management crew at Mondelez is telling you, I got a bridge to sell ya! Su---r born every minute! Never heard more lies in all my time at mondelez, most of them straight from the mouth of Seagraves. Go ahead and work 60 hrs a week for less pay so he can tell Dork his plan worked! Hahahahaha! So nice to be free!
Lose our jobs? God I hope so, end the suffering already, it's NOT WORKING!
If Mission 1 fails Everyone loses their job
you deserve it..
But us wave 3 people were told how great it was working in waves 1 and 2. And the sales reps loved it and everybody was so happy
