RCSA is never over. You have to review it each year.
Risk in Auto Finance needs to be gutted. Management is doing a monthly “How can we improve the workplace” BS Pep Rally/Circle Jerk to improve “cOlaboration” and make it look like “they cAre”. It’s the equivalent of institutionalized torture sessions while being force fed corporate KoolAid and nonsensical buzzwords and office jargon. Total sham group and a waste of resources (I’m looking at you Irving).

This made me laugh so hard and I agree (although not at all limited to Des Moines). And while US Control will go at some point, until RCSA is complete, they’re here for the time being!
