The feedback from the technicians in major cities about how the transition from wfa to sfs is hysterical. So the company switched from admittedly outdated dispatch system that was still extremely functional and efficient. Our understanding is there's tons of tickets & outages being lost or sent to the wrong job type groups. There's tickets that show up on Alternate job lists that are weeks old. The customers are completely paying the price for what's currently going on. Pay attention to the amount of line loss that happens in Q2 & Q3, it should be substantially higher than Q1.

"That happened when they switched to WFM as well. Expected, but not news."
The news is it keeps happening with everything this Lumen team touches. They truly suck at anything they try to implement, whether this CEO team or the previous! Remember when.....we were told how experienced that CEO and his team were at acquisitions and mergers?!??? Where are they now?!?!? This company has 1 more chance to bring in a CEO team that can truly find the revenue we have been promised before bankruptcy ensues....North Star for the time being tho!
It is my understanding that Lumen transformed to an IT services company under the previous administration, heard that many times on many calls and "town halls". This issue and many others prior do not reflect that image! May be the reason for the 85% value loss over the last 12 months?!?!? And why we are now back to "who*ing" out for anything that MIGHT seem like revenue...just not profitable, sustainable revenue
That happened when they switched to WFM as well. Expected, but not news.
Ouch!
