Is there a way to know how many employees we've lost in the last 6 months? Not just through layoffs, but also through attrition and those who have retired. I've been trying to find a current total number of employees at Wells Fargo to prove a point and I haven't been successful. The best I have is 238,698 from last year.

I think this is done in our 10-K report which is done once a year (so, it's not quaterly)
Employee count should be in the company's quarterly reports they release for Wall Street filings. I forget exactly which one, but it should be in there, and that's audited public record for all to see.

That was me. I'm still here, but I stopped tracking it for personal reasons. I don't know about six months ago, but we're at about 3,500 fewer employees per Teamworks than we were on 1/8. I don't do anything advanced as others do -- I just pull the total count with no location filters, which started including contractors at the beginning of the year.
Advanced people search with "USA" as location shows 180,000.

You might be able to look at the annual reports, it’s usually in there - along with a lot of other stuff that flies under the radar.

You can use people search, advanced, and put USA in for the country location...
Math will not work because of hiring in WFIP. That total includes WFIP
