Title changes do not equal new jobs/ roles. Nice try, Stinkey.

Reclassifying thousands of RSCs to IHX then back to RSC and virtual CSR then back to RSC is not “promotions”. Data analysts held to the fire to lie to make Stankey look good. Go grovel elsewhere.

transferred to a new job, not the one I was hired to do (and was qualified & enjoyed). I think the plan was to find me unqualified or hate the new job.
Thankful not surplussed, but I would fire me for the mistakes I made.

does that statement indicate over 70% of prior employees lost their job (surplussed), retired, or quit (escaped)? If headcount is declining, how can there be 70% with new jobs?

re 70% have new jobs or bosses…. most of that is due to endless reprganizations that add nothing to bottom line….ridiculous,,, most reorganizations give the illusion of progress..can anyone name a reorg in past 5 years that clearly benefitted customers, shareholders and employees???

The made up 70% statistic in Stankeys email included not just new jobs within att
But new management

I have a boss that retired. So I have a new manager. Under stankeys thinking life would be better if we lived and worked in the same time zone. Which ignored the fact that I’ve never done that my whole time at att

That statement was a load of cr-p. Made up for his “reasoning” on this RTO bull sh-t.

I don't know what you're saying. Do you mean 70% of us will likely be getting better jobs because of this? You know, the experts always say the best way to get a raise or a promotion is to actually switch jobs? So this might be the push many needed to go out there and find something better. If that's your point, you're probably right.
