I’ve literally done the bare minimum since March of 2020, so 3+ years now. True working time of about 15 hours per week. Total comp around $200k.
I went in the office briefly to log in that hour this morning. Was quiet. I had no meetings in the afternoon when I got home, so I slept for two hours. So I guess success? I seriously doubt it will have any impact at all. It’s not as though we work for a very productive “firm” anyway.

Technically this is a form of theft. The company pays you, yet you provide no value. I don’t like RTO either and think the company is poorly run. However as long as I’m paid, will continue contributing and adding value.
