Already June of '23 and no word on quarterly standings. Me thinks there is no plan this year or they would have been boasting about it.

Maybe the plan is to only bonus people n Dallas or Atlanta
Could be wrong, but since I have received a solid bonus every year for my 30+ years, I'm believing I will get another nice bonus in 2024. Silly me.
I don't know about all business units or union bonuses, but things were pretty bleak in 2001 some of this was the dot com bubble bursting, but it was exacerbated by 9/11. There were other periods around 2008 that were also bleak. These were the times I remember that there was a bonus, but at least one year it was 50% (and we considered ourselves lucky to get that because the economic climate was horrible) and some business units didn't get a bonus. For 22 or so out of the 26+ years I was there, the bonus was solid and in some cases well over 100%. But, given the state of the company, I don't think it is unreasonable to anticipate a lower bonus(like 50%), or even no bonus.
In those years I mentioned, AT&T stock was down, but it actually was probably not as down as much as other companies especially the tech companies back then. It's lower today now than it was then.

I’m sure we’ll have a bonus but likely a fraction of what it once was.
AT&T is busted a-s broke, no way they can afford raises and/or bonuses. They will file chapter 11 by years end 2023.
NO bonus NO work

No way there will be a 2023 bonus.
The company is doing everything it can to save money. IF there is any relocation or severance paid out the last thing the company wants/needs is to pay out a bonus to the people (thousands) they just forced off payroll.
So for those that remain do not count on a bonus. They will zero that out so there is no additional spending.

It includes a larger than average salary and a cash bonus that more than doubled from the prior year.
Bonus is under review by BOD. There is talk about suspending them until T generates more FCF.
