I don't think Honeywell employees will behave like the Amazon employees. Most Amazon employees work in a "drone" like environment with many metrics applied, whereas Honeywell employs many engineers and more skilled/technical types. Us tech types typically enjoy using our skills and thus we are more interested in the process of creating stuff and making it work. Especially considering that if all goes to h3ll, we can still find employment easily if necessary.
So no, Honeywell employees won't behave like Amazon's. We just leave for greener pastures. And it seems to be working for many.
