AT&T cared enough to paid you well for years. Be grateful.
Not about us, that's for sure.
About their bonuses, but definitely not about their customers or employees.
T has been making the wrong decisions for many, many years, it's their style and how senior management has run the company for years. They don't know how to change at this point!
"This isn’t personal. Hard decisions must be made."
They're making the WRONG ones because they don't understand how the business operates.
If T cares so much about its people and right sizing the business, why don't they do a mass poll of personnel to see who would like to stay and who wants to leave. It would avoid a lot of collateral damage. I know T no longer wants to have employees remain longer than 10 years, but that change has to be gradual and for new hires. That concept will take care of itself since young people seem to move from job to job anyways! T, do the tight thing and poll your employees!
If it were purely about business decisions, the current leadership would have been pushed out over 100 billion dollars ago. I don't agree with the employees taking the fall for all the failures at the executive level that created the mess the company is facing today.
I get the business decisions with regards to financials, cuts and all. I even get RTO, even though I don’t like it and think it’s not necessary. However this hub boondoggle is not something I can agree with. It’s going to hurt business operations tremendously.

@crc+1mUHRlfc. Exactly
How about the C-Suite gets NO yearly bonus until this ship is corrected!
Lead by example.
They care about me so much that they want me to move closer to them in Dallas. How sweet of them. I feel the love.
JOKE of the day
All c-level executives should agree to work for $1 per year until the ship is righted
If they didn't care, they would do nothing to course correct business financials. They truly care and they are having to right size the business to keep it afloat by reducing expense. There will be a tremendous amounts of collateral damage getting our mistakes corrected. Not personal, just the ugly side of corporate America.
about how to steal as much money we rightly earned from us.
about it's C Suite Bonuses.
