Contact a union and ask them for some contact info on union organizers.
They know the law, the rules, and the best ways to organize.
Just having a senior cut day may make you feel better, and you may even keep your job (but I doubt it) doesn't solve anything.
If you want to really fix things you need to get some expert help.
Pro-tip, you can always tell who the useless trolls are by the words "marxist" and communist".
