Anyone currently work or use to work in ECR? I see so many job postings for Bus. Execution Services Consultant and wonder what the culture is like in that LOB. Thanks

Don’t join, nothing but political BS and lip service, but no one who actually wants to make things better or listen to ideas of people who challenge the status quo.
There are a select few people who pretend to use their brains, but if you disagree with them you’re toast and will get no backing regardless of what policies may be in place to support you.

It's a secured job not going anywhere. Good for job security depending on business area. The day can be depressing as all your dealing with problems and issues that seem to never end. It also depends on what line of business you're complaints are associated with. There's always changes happening and lots of data and reporting. Work load is checking boxes for extra unnecessary work. The spans and controls are not consistent across the business. Slow to hire and or backfill for leads and managers. Our group has been waiting for lead and manager for a couple months. Overall it's a stable gig but could be more efficient. Too many tracking activities that waste time and are not effective.
Same culture as any job at Wells. Nothing changes
