Does anyone know where on Walmart one I can find what the use of legacy time “policy “ is? First I was told I can use it whenever and now I’m being told I can’t use it unless all my pto, ppto is used. Just another way for this multi billion dollar company screws over long term associates!

Can be used anytime. What they are telling you is from the old policy. If you can’t locate it reach out to your people partner in your region.
Legacy personal can be used any time like PTO. When you put in for PTO you need to have a manager approve it as PTO Personal. Legacy Sick Time can now be used to cover any time you are unexpectedly absent. You need to have a manager key it in when you put in time to cover the call off. It WILL still be susceptible to points just the same as any other call off. Neither Legacy Sick or Legacy Personal can be used like PPTO. The issue you will run into is managers who have no idea how Legacy time is supposed to be handled or the ones who know but lie to you about it.
