Mobility WFH Call Centers - Will Management have to relocate?

Mobility Sales and Service call centers have thousands of reps who WFH across the US. Has anyone heard if there Team Managers, Area Managers and Directors who WFH will need to relocate to Dallas, where the AVP is located? I'm in HR (L1) supporting these groups, but haven't heard anything.

Yes. Everyone will move to one of the call centers outside off the US.

No one will “have to” move. You can “choose to” relocate if wanting a chance to keep your job for an indefinite period of time.

Yes. You are not customer facing and don't have a local need for you to be wfm.

Question is where you be Hub'd at

All Managers will be assigned to either Dallas or Atlanta. Should get your information in the next few weeks with 6 weeks to get moved.

They will need to come to the office, as call centers don't get anything done on the phone. The real work gets done with chit-chat around fax machines and water coolers.
