Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

TMUS Stock Tanking - By Design

If you're like a lot of us and hoping stocks will rise, it won't be any time soon. The stock needs to be purposely kept below 150 otherwise Softbank get back their 48.8 million, (yep thats MILLION) shares that they had to forfeit when the deal closed.

"During the two years when T-Mobile and Sprint were going through their deal process, Sprint's operating results deteriorated. Therefore, when the deal closed, Softbank, which owned a large stake in Sprint at that time, agreed to forfeit 48.8 million shares of T-Mobile it would have been entitled to in the deal -- essentially, taking less in the acquisition. However, per the deal terms, Softbank will be able to recoup those 48.8 million shares if T-Mobile's 45-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) exceeds $150 per share before the end of 2025."

Amazon inks with DISH. $10 service. TMO tanks due to a lack of leadership.

TMUS is not a growth story anymore. Verizon is about to panic. AT&T who knows, but they've angered their entire workforce this month. And DISH is finally realizing that they should actually try to get customers since regional cable companies will soon have more customers than they do.
DISH will undercut everyone on price. If they actually partner with Amazon, watch out.
Oh yeah, America has already hit the iceberg but no one knows that the ship is sinking yet (especially the captain).
It's going to be dog eat dog to hold on to market share, budgets will stagnate and shrink, and employees will be let go every few months for the next few years at TMUS.
Now, go hit your numbers, be sure stay "up to date," and be sure to like all of Deanne's employee anniversary tweets.

it'll bounce around in the 140's but it wont sustain 150+ until 2026. If Softbank gets those shares back they'll be the primary shareholder and then bye bye T-Mobile. They're not going to let that happen.
