This isn't how you do it.
A more competent management would have avoided the big mistakes (T-Mob, DTV, TW) and the smaller ones, too, loke wasting money on the "DIscovery Zone" or whatever it's called and frittering away a half-hour to taste-test hot sauces or cheer and whoop and toss t-shirts, all while telling stories about effective communication over great distance.
Grandpa can engage lil Johnny in remote chess but our leadership can't log in and use Teams. (Yeah we all hated losing Q but Teams is working out, finally.)
