Any idea on where the layoffs are at today?

Its number game for the CEO. He hallucinates to increase stock prices to $40 and less confident about achieving through revenue gain- hence the short cut with lay offs. Technology has / will deliver nothing but they are hiring continuously while rest of the organization is laying off.
Not even a thank you or goodluck or wish you the best after getting let go. Just business as usual.

The severance for upper management and VPs is 12 months - while field and others were handed few dollars.
Class action / civil law suit ?
What do you all expect? RM is being run by people who have no clue what they are doing. The department is a joke. Promotions based on time not skill. Senior Directors who were analysts a year ago. No wonder titles mean nothing at this company. Gut RM from the top down and maybe things will get better.
I heard 150 total Yesterday. Anyone else heard the same?
Bloodbath at corporate. Next week is going to be worse though. We were just notified some teams have to reduce by 50%, and informed leaders. If you’re a leader and you haven’t heard about cuts you’re probably on the block. Good luck everyone.

They had fancy GLC in Orlando where they flew in upper management from across the world and spent millions - if lay offs were slated - why the extravaganza?
They could have controlled cost than take this lay off measure .
A number of Procurement folks too. The new procurement officer is a joker . He has no idea what he does besides lot of talk and verbal diarrhea. He is running Hertz like the old trash operations company that he came from - complete sh-t show . Many friends lost jobs today
