Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

OMV kicked UOP out

Closing UOP in Belgium was such a succes mr. Ben & Kelly said in the last townhall I got to listen into. 🇺🇸 and 🇮🇳 could do better and cheaper.
2 years later, they need to beg subcontractors in Italy to perform detailed engineering and a major client canceled all contracts due to repeated sc--w ups.

Congratulations to the UOP mgmt team for acting as honeyhell puppets and framing reports to get the only knowledgeable and profitable company closed. You are now at less than 30% of the revenue of 2 years ago and still going down.

Run it till it breaks. Some things once broken can never be repaired. Like culture for example.

RAE and BW the same story. Before Honeywell that had a great reputation.

Saw this with Intelligrated. Honeywell made it so difficult on the mid-level managers that they started leaving. Of course things went worse and people complained. JW stated that we will run it until things break and then we will fix it. No fixing so far! Incompetent executives galore.

Common trend with HOS. Break it, bring in new leader, blame predecessor and that this is a complete turn around situation. Lose share then look for a new toy to buy and break.
