Unions are not perfect, but you know what? WF is a member of ALEC and a bunch of other orgs that work to suppress workers rights.
So WF gets a union, but WF employees don't?

MLB, NFL, NBA, all have strong unions and I don't hear anyone using "communism" to describe American sports.

Aside from paying dues to corrupt union bosses, there are too many cons with unions. (Pun intended.) There will no career advancement because that will be locked down by the union bosses. A bank would not be able to fire bad workers because they will be protected by the unions. Think all of the pedo teachers protected by their union.

Title insurance is the biggest scam of them all… legalized bribery and even though the lender does have a huge stake in protecting ownership of the property, they don’t pay anything.

There are several unionized industries: Automakers, teachers, government employees, etc. If you want to be in a union, please move to one of those industries. Leave Financial Services alone.
Stop with this union junk. Unions and banks just don't mix. Try Starbucks, or Walmart. We've all seen what happened with Detroit, the lazy just eat everyone's paycheck and the place goes under. Unions are like tape worms.
