I've been out of a manager role for a couple years but remember a senior manager being able to track down who made negative comments on his survey results since it included the commentor's officer title. I don't remember if it included location and not sure if things have changed since I became an individual contributor.

A family friend who is in HR outside of the company said these surveys are never truly anonymous.

I have a few things to say but I'm wondering if anyone can share who exactly in management receives the results of individual comments. I'm an experienced IT individual contributor with great annual reviews but the only person in my state until you get 3 levels up. I'm excluded from everything that goes on in other locations and that's fine, but I work nights and weekends and continue to get piled on with added responsibilities outside of my role. None of that matters though unless I go into a completely empty office 3 days a week.

I roasted my LOB leadership practices on the survey, and even made a comment about Brian Moynihan's pay increases and flagrant insider trading. https://fintel.io/n/moynihan-brian-t Don't worry though more bailouts on your dime are coming-but only after they crash the economy and finance industry into the ground with no survivors. Prank of Scamerica is overdue for an employee led revolution against their unfair system and practices. Both employees and clients have no value to them, and I think it's time to overthrow this clearly broken system. Now I got some ideas hatching, but I need more time and plan. Two more weeks, long live the resistance!

This bank is a f-king joke. The pay is shlit and we have lousy azz leadership. I just come to this shlithole to collect a check and do the bare minimum. They promote the d-mbest mofos to leaders. I mean some of these mo--ns are clueless. I have never seen so many empty suit mofos in my life.

I hate the survey and how much they annoy us to do it! Seriously despise this damn thing every year. How is it “optional” if it’s forced on us?!? They lie about the results, so what’s the point?! Just tell us how we feel so we can snicker and move along- it’s a job, pays our bills to support our family.. we don’t care about the fake survey, hearing the bank toot it’s own ho-n, or the “benefits” that really aren’t all that great.

My thoughts about this company??? An annual survey where they hound managers to mandate that we (100% of us) complete, and then brag about "employee engagement" - which is just a fancy euphemism for participation rate.

Bogus.

I completed your stupid survey to get my manager off my back and make him/her/they look good, so they will pay me. That's what I think of this company and your stupid survey.

Why don't you stop wasting my time and take real action on the issues I have raised in every single survey you have made me complete for the past 5 years? Plenty of work for you there. Until you address those issues, I am not wasting my time. f. u. Just pay us to a decent wage to do our jobs and stop stuffing your own bank accounts. How much money do you really need? (Really?) Stupid fat cats in their secluded offices while the rest of us toil away on filthy germ-infested open floors. Your stupidness is only surpassed by the continued entitlement of those so-called "leaders" (ha. ha.) that you choose to surround yourself with.. Stop wasting my time (and your money) on this fake-o survey.

I was honest about how nothing will happen with it and it’s a formality the bank uses so they can state they are engaged and proactively looking to improve but won’t actually do anything suggested.
