Your sams share keeps dwindling because of theft so they have to take the money from you!
They also are still taking back all that free hero money from covid.

MxVoices is obtainable and it doesn’t require a manager to just be nice and helpful to the members. A member can rate everything bad but if they remember that nice and helpful associate that helped them then they will either rate the associate good or no rating at all. That’s the only thing that counts in MxVoices against the club.
Sales depends on your area. One shoe doesn’t fit all. But controlling shrink and good merchandising will help. Front end asking for credits and getting new scan and go users helps a lot as well. These members spend more. Accidents that are due to associates not caring about safety deduct from this as well. I’ve seen associates walk past slip hazards without a care. Then a member slips. Same associate is likely complaining about no bonus as well.
Membership income. If the front end associates don’t talk or ask about upgrades, renewals, or explaining benefits of plus 1st? Then that’s down the drain.
The problem is no one is explaining to associates why there is no bonus/why it’s low. I talk to the leads and associates to explain what the tracker is showing, compare with what we see in PowerBI/MyClub, and about safety.
I will admit some things are beyond our control but the vast majority of it is.
We were told today we were one of only 5 stores in our district that received the Sam’s share and we should be happy with our 189.00 bonus it’s more than the other 4 stores.
Imagine a 50 or 100 grand bonus for hiding in your truck and failing ever walk that has ever happened the entire time you have been a manager. We have literally never passed a walk since we got this gm. It's been almost 5 years!
"But not for the managers 😒" maybe not samshare but they ALL get gigantic yearly bonuses. The assistent managers dont get as much as the GM but much more than they want you to know ! The GM gets an absolutely staggering bonus. Think 50 or even 100 grand each year.

Sam’s share is shrinking because we are so understaffed and can’t take care of our members and they are blowing up MX Voices with their bad reviews/comments. I’ll bet 80% of clubs(at least) are dealing with the same thing.
