Mondelez is a horrible company to work for. Senior management says that they don't pay for quality employees, and yes that includes you. The fact you are defending them shows you are the type of employee that should be working there because your lack of quality would not cut it for any other company.

Leaving Mondelez was the single best decision I made in a long time! What a joke! I regret I didn’t do it sooner, life got so much better!
You get what you pay for. Mission 1 is cost cutting at its finest. I’m shocked FTOWs go out and pound the streets for 18 bucks an hour a BS CPH bonus. Obviously MDLZ loves it. Good luck everyone don’t be scared to move on! Value yourself!
