A little help to do a search on the insider via surplus notifications?
Where in Insider do we look and what to look for?

Bargained for employees will know officially of any on June 15 2023. That’s per the HR timeline where HR has finalized all requests from department heads for surplus. The union took part in the process at different dates this May. One of those dates, May 17. Think I’m full of it. Well my friend it was on this website a little bird said to do a search on the insider via surplus notifications. It’s all there. Full timeline of the dates for this year. All potential dates and official dates of notification. No need to wear depends. Just go to insider and search.

Business case for next surplus was finalized this week. Off payroll first of July. RTO and great talent quitting is just icing on the Stankey cake! The executive team has put us in great financial trouble. The answer is get as many full time employees off the payroll ASAP. Another surplus is scheduled for September

If you decide to relocate then you’ll be laid off the next quarter.

Surplus has been planned to go out mid June since early May when the lists were sent to HR. RTO is a parallel item and HUB is incremental.

Supervising managers in non-hub locations are already being told relo or leave by Sept. I imagine these activities will run in parallel.

C&E west - we were told the next surplus will take place In Q3. One would think they’ll wait to see how many people leave over the RTO rules first.

Surplus and RTO will run in parallel. Stankey and Santone want to kick as many employees to the curb as soon as possible.
