I recently had the opportunity to review the ability to move laterally with US Bank. It's not something anyone wants to hear but, I can say with certainty the bank values this role as a part time teller position at a credit union. It's not just the conjecture it's fact. Better yet I can prove it. Ask me your question and I will truthfully answer it. I would love to proven wrong but, I believe I've been thorough.

Answer to - Brick and mortar branches are obsolete. Who cares what stupid positions are there Open an online bank account and be done with the insanity.
This one is hilarious. More revenue comes from branch generation than most departments in the banking network stacked. Take a look at the big banks and see their branch coverage if you need proof.
Answer to the comment - to someone never got CRC3 promotion.
That's a very silly statement since positions aren't being provided until 2024. May want to be a little smarter with your insults and do some research.
Thank you for your being honest. I feel this way as well. UB legacy employee. Its time I move on. I don't feel I will be appreciated or respected at US Bank. Funny thing is I feel US Bank was aiming for that result. Unethical companies like US Bank would do that...
When a bank is trying to shrink its physical footprint, this is what you get.
Existing US Bank employee here and this is a true statement. US Bank has some of the worst hiring managers I have seen at any bank. Morale is incredibly low. Stock is plummeting. Senior leadership has no real direction. It's a mess.

Sounds like someone never got their promotion to CRC3.
