Those days are long behind me and I will never quit. My days of putting this company before me are long over. I learned my lesson back in 2020 when I got screwed over by my Supervisor. From that point forward, I said to myself, no more will I go above and beyond for this company. When they show you their true colors believe them. You no longer matter, in all likelihood never did! To me, this is now just a job, a paycheck! It's up to the C-Suite to figure out the way forward and I know it doesn't include its current employees. They want to replace us all with off-shored personnel and contractors. Good luck to anybody that wants to drink the kool-aide because I'm out!
