I will share some thoughts of my job performance
I have never signed into the stupid telephony to have my calls monitored and recorded ever. What a stupid thing to have the firm thinking they would invade privacy. In fact I never called borrowers. Put in fake notes. My customer service scores were 100 which proved borrowers did not want to continuously be harassed with phone calls and emails
I work when I want and how often I want.I drink margaritas in the afternoon.
I know how to trick the system into showing I am working when I am not. And all while showing I was am into the office for the past year when I never set foot in the office.
Everyone can do the same as me. It is very simple. Don’t let them continue to threaten you. Rip them off like they rip us all off. We can play the game and commit fraud too. It is very simple. And the beauty is they will never catch me. Because I want to be just like Charlie and the suits.
