The recent play book is to take away or reduce benefits, move locations or close offices on a specific date which in turn forces employees to retire earlier than they want but won’t show up as a large layoff. Result is a transformation or force reduction.

I believe this is going to be another high expectation layoff and at the end of the day, a small group impacted with many jobs saved. I’m not worried cuz I’ve heard these rumors before and they turned out to be just that, rumors!

NEO towers doesn’t come close to span of control requirements. Many L3s with no or few direct reports & room for consolidation.
All companies go through this same thing. Verizon Wireless will have a rif on 5/24 to be off payroll 6/30. It’s the nature of the workforce right now. I came here to see if you were hiring which it looks like you are not.

Not all managers will be forced but many will.
Is this because Stankey will mandate all managers relocate to Dallas, if these refuse to move, goodbye! Will they pay to move me?
Actually, I think there is a strategy in the works that saves a lot of surplus money; implement policies where many employees will elect to leave willingly with no severance. Let’s watch and see.
BFS is safe. We have given to the layoff cause every time there's been a layoff. We are sick and tired of losing our co-workers to layoff, we ain't gonna take it anymore. We've had it up to here! Stankey go pick on other workgroups for a change. Like they say on the TV commercials, WE GAVE AT THE OFFICE!
