Sooooo can somebody tell me why personal shoppers have the easiest job in the club and get paid more than almost every starting position???It's things like this that make the physical departments hard to staff. Who wants to stock 10 pallets of deli for 15/hr when you can get paid 16/hr to count your steps?!

All jobs are strenuous. I can tell you from 25 years experience. I would never want to push carts. I've done it many times over the years. That's one job that sux
In response to this geniuses comment, it can look easy. Take my lead, she dates one of her associates and has made good friends with another. We have lost several who didn't feel appreciated. And by that I mean, a new associate will start and immediately have more hours than those who have been there for months. And they have down time at night, how the h_ ll they get down time, us on days don't get it. So yes, for some it csn look easy.
I’ve done CPU, and though it’s strenuous, I still feel it’s the easiest job in the club. Worst position is member assist (cart pushers)…..
Go apply for the job, I dare you. PM Merch TL an I've had team members change teams...they want to come back. They are good workers, but still would like to come back to merch. It's not a fun job, they earn their money.

Because personal shopper is the future. And have you tried it? It’s not easy. Du----s, there are no “easy” jobs in the club. You wanna lift 15 cases of members mark water or 10 bags of 50lb ice melt or 12 Pepsi cubes for 1 order and you have 40 orders due by a certain time? And half the time you have to nil pick because you can’t find stuff? That’s why they get paid more. Go and do a job before you go dissing it.
