Complex with micromanagement. Going to cause a lot more work for managers.
Wow they can't even get the whole company to use the same timekeeping system.
I used to complain about OSPCM until I went to another part of the company where I use 4 different systems to put in my time reports. OSPCM does it all and it was definitely worth the occasional spinning hourglasses compared to what I do now.
