Noticed the leader of OEM is no longer with the company. Anybody know why?

The new site leader T.P. is AWOL most days & only comes out from his cave for all-hands meetings. Didn't even see him or S.K. around when the VIP was here last week.
Leadership is now focused on moving/selling-off all the product lines at Olathe before Panasonic starts hiring. The guy who quit without notice actually cared about his people & the product and that doesn't fit with Hon's modus operandi. Same reason why most of the Wichita leadership quit within a few months of moving to Olathe. Hopefully, the guy who left got a much better offer at Garmin or Panasonic.
Because Honeywell is a sh-t company? Probably found a better place to work at. Probably got a big raise too.
Got tired of being told to make bricks with no straw is my guess.
Took one Modafinil and suddenly noticed Honeywell culture.
