or if it was a 4/7 check you only have 1 week of merit increase factored in. Check your next pay check and it should be more. But the guy on here that just spins so much negativity and hate will say they are working you more and paying you less. did not take long to figure out on this site there is one or two folks that act like its a company wide hate thread. and if you disagree with them they act like your a manager. I myself like where I work, I worked for WM for 11 years and for me to come in work cases and order then go home and get paid better well that is what I signed up for.

Because you went fom salary to hourly. Salaried employee's pay inludes the current week of the paycheck date. Hourly employees get paid for the previous 2 weeks. It will even out.

Its because we only worked a week into the two week pay cycle. Check was essentially half of what a normal cycle would be.

They withheld your check if you stepped down because you are considered a new employee. You will get it back when you quit.

For myself, I was wave #2, my last check was only for 1 week. When I looked closely at the check pay dates it was correct.
