The company looks like it's based in India. What's also pathetic is he wants software engineers, AI and data headcount but is offering up salaries that are pathetic. This place needs to reduce headcount and attract better quality headcount, but he's doing exactly the opposite. There's enough Indians just stateside to gag on. Based on what he's looking to hire its going to soon be 95% Indian and all of them unqualified 4th rate mo--ns. By the way if your of any other race just get out as fast as you can.

All I know is, I hate contacting tech support and talking to a live agent from India. The language barrier makes it difficult to understand anything they're saying. WF India needs to stick to non phone type roles

The information is available to every Indian working for Wells Fargo. Anyone can write down a social security number
the information does not reside offshore or on any offshore server. they are all on vdi's that resite in a US server farm. Not that someone couldn't take a photo of their screen but would be really difficult for someone to pull large chunks of data out of the vdi especially since connecting to the vdi is all they can do on their machines.
I file that under “Americans should be informed about the degree of Wells Fargo’s offshoring.”
And “Customers should be informed their confidential financial information is being sent to a third world country.”
It looks every company advised by the the Big Four is doing exactly the same thing.
Outsource, use H1B, then outsource some more
yup, they are looking for cheap labor. Only point they are missing is that "cheap" comes with everything cheap like quantity of work cheap.....the list goes on.......
Yes if you are displaced there are 1900 jobs and half of them in India. Also Philippines and China. Wonder what customers think of all their tax returns and personal information going overseas to the Indian
