There is so much instability in WF leadership. Executives who were supposed to attend but can’t. 39 minutes of rah rah cheerleading. Fake “joke” about how awful Kevin’s family Disney vacation will be. 2 years and she’s all boo hooey over giving up her HL baby? The list goes on and on. Please…Love all of the double talk … there’s nothing wrong with the design of RCSA… but audit is trying to understand what is missing from what they expected of RCSA.Have to laugh at this. “Audit doesn’t understand the finer components of the business.” Wow really because they are mostly new hires and/or fresh out of college, yea so what do they expect? And let’s not forget all the non risk people who have been thrown into RCSA who also doesn’t have a clue.

100% agree. As soon as she started the fake waterworks I knew we were in for a show. I thought the Gucci belt comment was inappropriate and very telling of what she values. And the guy at the end…he should be ashamed of himself for pandering that way.

The upper management didn't show up cause they were all locked in a room trying to figure out what they should say/ get away with on Friday.

penny for my thoughts? Why is she always late. Why didn't they read more than one online question out loud? Why have a meeting to say no senior leader could show up? No Charlie, no Kleber, no Kevin. Was this just an excuse to fly her out to Des Moines to party and cry? Ge-z... such snowflakes that need a participation award.... I could go on forever. SMH
Is she crying because she is taking a pay cut?
