Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Masters

The only thing I remember about the Masters is many years ago when a bunch of Illinois managers got fired for attending the exclusive event on a vendor’s dime. It wasn’t a problem until the vendor didn’t get the big contract. Vendor dropped a dime and they got exited quickly with a non-rehire status which is almost impossible to get.

I don’t know but he laid off his caddie because it was his fault that Stankey was losing.

There is limited liability. Beer and wine stains on carpet and sofas are considered normal wear and tear. Holes in drywall and cigarette burns to furniture and flooring could be considered normal wear and tear, it depends on the perpetrator.

I'm curious if any of the at&t employees staying in the houses at the masters tore the houses up. You know, like a bunch of college frat houses after a big party. I know Stankey does a physical walk through before leaving and returning to Dallas. If there is any damage, who pays?

Are they coming back tonight or tomorrow? Stankey will do a final walkthrough of all houses to make sure they've been cleaned and no destruction of property. I think they took four T jets to get everyone there.

Career ending mistake. They must have thought the vendor just fell off a turnip truck! As it turned out the at&t Illinois managers were the real hayseeds!

The managers didn't pay the juice. The vendors called their debt.

None of them are VPs. Maybe in their mind or the carry a vanity title at some rinks di-k company.

I wouldn’t hire those corrupt individuals to run a hot dog stand.

The one VP that led the whole group to their demise. Yes. I do remember that a$&hat landing in a VP job outside the company.

Illinois infamous for breaking all the rules, that's Chicagoland for you. Those managers thought they were above the COBC, boy did they learn a life lesson! Rumor is they are still looking for meaningful work!
