As a result of this NLRB ruling, the HR department at AT&T (and at all companies) are likely ready to start cutting costs by not offering any severance anymore. This is an easy choice for a company that is $135B in debt. I would get in the line forming now begging to get laid off now before it's too late, before they change the HR policy to no severance.

T is an at Will employer. Employees can be let go for any reason at any time.

I was surprised as a remote worker in 2022 and never received an email or update on the Federal and State poster requirements from HR or my direct supervisor/director.

Contacting EEOC and filling a complaint tomorrow
