If you can, leave this place ASAP. I've been hearing from my former coworkers, and it's obvious it's getting worse by the day, not improving. Trust me, I was here for nearly 10 years before I quit last year, and it was the best decision I ever made. There are tons of other places that are hiring right now. There's no reason for you to stick around in this hellhole any longer.

AT&T is turning it around. Get some young blood. Get rid of old cancer. Future looking good.
What you people need to understand is that T is still run like a utility that it was decades ago! It was pretty much the only show in town and could do anything it wanted. This is no longer the case, but T management hasn't adapted or changed their mindset! They still think they're the only player in town and don't care about the bottom line! This arrogant attitude will be the demise of this company some time down the road, unfortunately! The proof is that T has already gone from the number one place to number 3 in the wireless realm! God help us all!

Going to stay and eat my popcorn watching while they continue to struggle while catering to a small percentage of woke. Eventually stockholders will fire them and get back to running a real business without agendas that keeps the lights on.
