I don’t think we are pushing back hard enough on RTO. People will always treat you the way YOU PERMIT them to. Where are the men on this??? Did you all transition already?
OMG! This question, AGAIN!
On the intranet - Workplace Services in the top horizontal menu - Our Workplace under the Workplace guidance section - Understanding our approach to working at WF link on the top left - Aligning to expectations section.
"Note: holidays and paid time away (including PTO and community service time) count toward meeting in-office expectations."
I am jealous of people who are asking questions like this now because that means they haven't been RTOing for very long. Otherwise, they would know this already from the chatter and near-universal complaining of the people around them.
HR told me it’s specific to your line of business. So if somebody knows where to find either on a company wide email or on teamworks please post here.
No one knows. Can I interest you in some DEI discussions today?
Can someone please post the link here?
yes, not only has it been outlined in company wide emails over the last couple months it is on teamworks and has been discussed in this forum dozens of times. pto and holidays count as in office days.
Thank goodness someone asked this again, it had been nearly a week without it being asked.
