It seems much of the bank is undergoing serious reorganization, is this coming to WFA? They continue to add staff and are not undergoing the same transformations

Leadership has been very clear about merging WBS into PCG channel. Covid just slowed down that process. Advisors side has been cutting & merging “spans & layers” for a while now. WIM group is their main focus.

Have you not been paying attention to WFA? They just let go three Division Leaders. They moved HHR to the Division opening up her position. Expect more changes.
Wells Fargo Auto or Wells Fargo Advisors? If you mean Auto, then I can personally attest to the fact that we’re adding staff (in Manila). Domestic hires seem to be flat, even in Hubs. I can’t really speak to Advisors, but I was under the impression that they were ramping down with portfolio reduction and recent attrition after bonuses were paid.
