I’m staying as a sales rep. But I know it’s going to be a pay demotion. 🥺 Shame on the people on the conference call saying it’s going to be better pay..we all know we are taking a cut. It must be he-l being a mgr…lie after lie and you have to funnel it down. Great job rdrs..everyone knows, our dms tell us! Maybe that’s why your getting rid of them?
Why can’t they fire leadership…a total disgrace! One of the most brown nosing companies I’ve ever seen. If you are woke and diverse, don’t ask any questions then you need to apply…just manage up, the name Mondelez name sells itself. Be great at saying..”I agree” no matter what and you are golden.
I agree…in a year or 2 from now we will either be warehouse or they’ll rehire everyone back. The top 30 leadership should be fired for steering this company into the cr----r. Good luck dirk..they sold it to ya
Yes…leadership up top, rdrs and rvps, 15 years ago, use to say if you are on linkedin or indeed etc… that it could e career threatening for anyone in the field. The very same people are all over these websites. They are the true sk-m of the company! Run like he-l while you can.
