Thoughts on TPRMO and TPO current state? Heard changes being made in IRM and the frontline including leaders. Truth?

Left this team before fed order. Clusterfuk to say the least. I was in Tprmo second line and we were told rip the frontline apart. I’d rather solution so left for frontline job in CL

What's the best way to game agile at Wells? As far as not doing much work, but not getting in trouble for it either.
And IRM is any better? They don’t know what the vendors do, nor do most of them know how the front line earns revenue to pay IRM salaries.
As of when I left last year, it was kind of a mess. Some very dedicated people, but process was convoluted and sometimes didn’t yield accurate outcomes. A lot of attrition in the various TP functions under CAO, as well.
Third party is a complete sh-t show here. Front line has no clue what w majority of their vendors do.
