Layoff in C&E and RAN actually ended up around 5%. Strange considering we were told it would closer to 12%

Stankey is trying cut his way to prosperity! He knows everything about everything. Smartest person evar!
And more on the way in the summer. Straight from the VP's mouth. Good luck
The fat lady has not sang yet.
"Why is this not announced on major news channels like big tech is along with other company layoff announcements?" T knows how to play the game and keeps those reduction numbers just below the required amount so there are no notification needed. Plus, news outlets are over telcom industry, nothing good to report.

I don’t know how they search that in Webphone, but I see people posting numbers every now and then so there must be some way to do it.
How do you find employee headcount like that?
Not sure where the 7k employees he mentioned is coming from.
The facts:
Total employee count
End of 3Q2022 - 169,800
End of 4Q2022 - 157,476
Today, about 153,9xx
That is a loss of almost 16k in 5 months
Stankey headcount Jan 1, 2023 was at 155,555.
Today it is 153,985
Just 7k is not bad for 1Q2023. These reductions are well overdue.
EVP and CFO Pascal reported overall headcount down 7k in a very recent interview
ACE Tower strategy prob less than 5%
Remember that we are only in Q!1.
Under Altomarie it was about 5%. That’s ACE East….
Certain groups in ACE hit much harder than that, like 25-30% in some groups.
It was actually 20% under my director.
You have to look at VP level to an accurate percentage.
